KARTELLPLUS 250 is made by 4 models:

  • SA   only parallel bends, from 1 to 3, and automatic discharge.
  • SB   parallel bend, from 1 to 3 + 1 transversal  and automatic discharge.
  • AC   as SA  and SB with automati charge
  • 4P   machine till 4 bends, with automatic charge and discharge

  • Machine with two parallel bending stations, for plastic material of small thickness, heating through thermic bars.
  • 250mm max width of the parallel bend, 200 mm. max. depth
  • Manual load.
  • Automatic leaf unload.
  • Hold system with vacuum.
  • Semi automatic  work cycle with PLC.
  • Dimensions 1000x1000
  • Work cycle time with 2 parallel bends:  about 8 ÷10 seconds
